Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a page?
A page is any text that has 70 words or less. If a single page has more than 70 words, it counts as two pages. For example, a page with 100 words will count as two pages.
Do unused credits roll over?
If you have a monthly plan, your extra credits do not save for the next month. They reset every 30 days. However, if you buy credits only when you need them (pay-as-you-go), they never expire.
Which package includes class mode and guardian delivery?
Professional includes class mode, roster import, PTM cards, guardian email, manual WhatsApp sharing, basic SMTP/Gmail sender, and limited analytics.
Which package includes full analytics?
Institute includes full and all-time analytics, institute analytics, share/export, AI insights, advanced sender/domain options, manual WhatsApp sharing, and priority support. WhatsApp API is not available yet.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Every new account gets 50 free pages. This is enough to grade 5 to 10 full tests. You do not need a credit card to start.
