1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, signing in, uploading documents, using ExamSolv, requesting page packages, or completing a paid checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you are using ExamSolv for an institution, school, tutoring center, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use ExamSolv or submit payment.

2. Who May Use ExamSolv

ExamSolv is intended for teachers, tutors, schools, colleges, institutions, and authorized education professionals or students who need assessment grading support. You must comply with the laws and policies that apply to your use, including school, exam board, student privacy, copyright, and data protection rules.

If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use ExamSolv only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized educator.

3. Accounts, Verification, and Free Pages

Signup is currently free. New users receive 50 free pages after account creation and verification. No credit card is required for free signup. ExamSolv may also apply daily free-page rules, promotional credits, or package credits according to the product settings shown in your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with unauthorized users. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.

Waitlist and invite-link tools are legacy or campaign tools only. They are not required for the current free signup flow.

4. Uploaded Content and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all question papers, answer keys, student answer sheets, grading criteria, student names, roll numbers, files, images, text, and other content you upload or enter into ExamSolv. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload and process that content.

Do not upload content that you are not authorized to use, including confidential exam material, copyrighted material, personal data, or student records where your institution, law, or policy does not permit that processing.

5. AI-Assisted Grading Disclaimer

ExamSolv uses AI-assisted analysis to help grade answer sheets and generate feedback. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular grading policy. ExamSolv does not guarantee that AI grading matches every teacher, institution, exam board, or official marking scheme.

You remain responsible for reviewing results, adjusting marks where needed, making final academic decisions, and communicating grades to students. ExamSolv is a support tool and should not replace professional judgment, due process, academic policies, or required human review.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ExamSolv to:

  • Violate laws, school policies, exam board rules, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Upload malware, harmful files, illegal content, or content you are not authorized to process.
  • Attempt to bypass quotas, page limits, security controls, payment controls, or access restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or abuse ExamSolv systems or third-party services.
  • Use AI results to make high-stakes academic decisions without appropriate human review.

7. Paid Plans, Checkout, and Lemon Squeezy

ExamSolv may offer paid subscriptions, page packages, pay-as-you-go pages, institute plans, or custom enterprise arrangements. Prices, quotas, renewal periods, and package details are shown on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, quote, or support communication provided to you.

Lemon Squeezy is being prepared as ExamSolv's payment checkout provider. When Lemon Squeezy checkout is enabled, payments may be processed through Lemon Squeezy and may be subject to Lemon Squeezy checkout terms, tax handling, payment processor rules, and buyer disclosures presented during checkout. ExamSolv may also continue to use manual payment instructions or receipt verification for some packages where shown in the app.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees for paid use. Page credits and plan access may be delayed until payment, receipt verification, or checkout confirmation is complete.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Billing Support

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Used pages, completed grading activity, and custom work are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where ExamSolv confirms a billing error, duplicate charge, or platform issue that justifies a credit or refund.

If subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewal according to the cancellation flow available in the app, Lemon Squeezy checkout portal, or support process. Canceling a plan may not automatically refund previous charges or used page credits.

For billing help, suspected payment errors, receipt verification, or refund requests, contact support at support@examsolv.com.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ExamSolv processes account information, uploaded assessment content, grading outputs, payment or receipt details, usage activity, support messages, and related operational data to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of student or institutional data is permitted by your policies and applicable law.

Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your educational workflow and you have authority to do so. ExamSolv may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, email, AI processing, analytics, storage, payment checkout, and support operations.

10. Intellectual Property

ExamSolv, its software, interface, branding, workflows, and generated platform features are owned by ExamSolv or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or misuse the service except as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ExamSolv the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, display, export, and support that content for your use of the service.

11. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

ExamSolv may change, pause, replace, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Some admin, analytics, institute, automation, payment, or AI features may be partial, limited, hidden, or beta-only until they are production ready.

ExamSolv is provided on an availability basis. We try to keep the service reliable, but interruptions, maintenance, third-party failures, model outages, or processing delays may occur.

12. Suspension or Termination

ExamSolv may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses quotas, fails payment, infringes rights, uploads prohibited content, or uses the service in a way that could harm users, students, institutions, ExamSolv, or third-party providers.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamSolv is provided without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, academic outcome, or error-free AI output. You use the service at your own risk and remain responsible for checking results before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamSolv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, academic disputes, grading disputes, or interruption of business.

14. Changes to These Terms

ExamSolv may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of ExamSolv after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
